Pinchas Berger worked at The Jewish Board from 1970-2008. He began at the agency as a social work student and then became a clinical social worker. Through his work with the Madeleine Borg Community Services Network, he developed and oversaw clinical services for targeted communities including Soviet and Iranian refugees. He was the inaugural Director of the Jewish Community Services program, which brought The Jewish Board’s clinical supports to centers of Jewish communal life throughout New York City.
